Weekly Wednesday interval session at 17:30, including warm-up and cool-down, with 5–8 km total. Different paces train together on a nearby route. New participants are welcome to try a few sessions; the club welcomes international runners. Meet inside the foyer at Idrætshuset by Østerbro Stadium.
