Weekly Monday open-water workout at 07:00, led by US Masters coaches on a buoy-marked course in protected Mission Bay. Free weekly meetup. Swimmers must be able to swim 500 yards continuously and sign the required liability waiver before attending. Check Heylo for current session details or changes.
