Weekly coached open-water group session for intermediate swimmers, Thursday 09:00–10:00. Paid club membership and signup at the matching level are required; the listed one-swim-per-week plan costs 60 euros per month plus a 10 euro registration fee. Praia da Duquesa is the primary Cascais meeting beach, but the coach may move the session between Oeiras and Cascais due to sea conditions. Confirm the exact beach and GPS meeting point after booking. A tow float and the ability to swim at least 200 m continuously are required.
