Free weekly sea swim and dip every Sunday at 10:00 on Hove seafront, meeting on the beach opposite The Lawns Café. Some participants swim, others take a short dip or come to socialise. Informal meetup only: there is no coach, guide, supervision or lifeguard. Sea swimming is at your own risk; check weather, tides, water quality and sea conditions first, and only enter if you are confident and comfortable.
