Weekly 07:30 group ocean swim at Julia's/Maria's Beach, preceded by a functional warm-up. Meet at the back car park by Julia's Beach Restaurant. The club welcomes new and experienced ocean swimmers and states that membership is free. Bring swim equipment, towel, warm clothes and water.
