Details
Weekly guided cold-water open-water training, Sundays 09:30–10:30, at Outdoor & Watersportcentrum Jeugdland. Season: 25 October 2026–28 March 2027; it may continue into April if cold conditions last. Everyone is welcome, but advance registration and a signed declaration are required. Sessions follow IISA and IISA Nederland rules: a tow buoy is mandatory and swimmers stay in buddy pairs or groups of three. Experienced ice swimmers and/or event organizers lead the session. Fee: €8.75 per session, €49.50 for six or €95 for twelve; changing rooms, warm showers and a hot drink/snack are included. Cold-water swimming carries risk and participation is at your own risk.
