Details
Weekly coached open-water workout every Sunday at Moonlight Beach, Encinitas. In fall, winter and spring the start time is 08:45; summer sessions start at 09:45. Meet under the iconic palm tree. New swimmers are welcome; you should be able to swim 500 yards continuously in a pool, and a signed liability waiver is required. The session is designed to build open-water strength, skill and confidence. Check the organizer's current notice before attending. Organizer: One With the Ocean.
