Details
Free weekly Saturday ocean swim meeting at the south side of the Avenue C Lifeguard Tower in Redondo Beach. The group alternates between a coached ocean workout and a supervised distance swim toward the Topaz Avenue jetty. Swimmers must be able to swim at least 500 yards continuously in a pool and complete the organizer’s liability waiver.
