Lifeguarded open-water swim and mindfulness-dip session at West Lake, Colwick Country Park. Winter timetable (November–March): Sunday 10:00–12:00. Guests can pay £10 at the lake without booking; members book through the WholeHealth app. Wear a tow float, stay within your ability, and follow lifeguard instructions.
