Weekly coached open-water group swim, Saturday 08:00–09:30, advanced long session. This is a paid club session; a 16+ age minimum and assessment are required before joining. The organizer's primary Cascais meeting beach is Praia da Duquesa, but conditions can move the session to another beach between Oeiras and Cascais.
