Details
Year-round social ocean swim at Camps Bay Beach, every Sunday at 09:00. About 1.5 km close to shore, with exits available along the route. Newcomers are welcome and can be supported by experienced swimmers as they acclimatise. Sea temperatures can be very cold, so join only if comfortable with the conditions and check local weather and sea state before entering.
