Year-round inclusive social run at a social pace, with distance groups and checkpoints so runners are not left behind. Meet at Barbara Hall Park beside The 519. Regular routes are 5–10 km; people should be comfortable covering 5 km at a social run/walk pace. Drop-ins welcome; optional membership is CAD 30 annually.
